Customer cardsDo I need a customer card in order to shop at Alois Wild wholesale? Yes, to shop with us you do need a customer card, the Qualibuyer card. What is the Qualibuyer Card? The Qualibuyer Card is your personal customer card, which entitles you to shop at Alois Wild wholesale and all other markets of the Qualibuyer Group Austria. What preconditions do I need to fulfil in order to receive an Qualibuyer card? In order to receive an Qualibuyer card, you must either be a trader or pursue a professional activity as a freelancer. Alternatively, you operate a business-like activity in the form of a club, public institution, etc. In each case, you will meet the criteria for applying for an Qualibuyer Card. How do I get an Qualibuyer card? Nothing could be easier. Simply fill in the customer application form and enclose your trade licence or the proof of your freelance or business activity. Of course, you may also send these documents to us by fax (fax number +43/512/24444-44). After checking and approving your application, we will immediately send you your personal Qualibuyer card. |
Who can shop with my Qualibuyer card?When filling in the customer application form, you can designate up to 4 people who will be entitled to shop at Alois Wild wholesale or at one of our partner companies. I've left my Qualibuyer Card at home: Can I still shop?Of course you can shop despite this! You only have to tell our staff member at the entrance that you have forgotten your card. We'll take care of the rest! Can companies also be issued with multiple Qualibuyer Cards?Only 1 Qualibuyer Card is issued per company; however, this entitles up to 4 people, designated by you when filling in the customer application form, to shop at Alois Wild and at our partner companies.Can I only shop with my Qualibuyer Card at Alois Wild wholesale?Your Qualibuyer Card entitles you to shop at Alois Wild wholesale and also at partner companies of the Qualibuyer Group.
